Terms of Use: using this site
PlastiForge3D LLC is based in Indiana, USA. Use the PlastiForge3D website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or availability, submit harmful material, or provide content you do not have the right to share. Website images, copy, branding, and code belong to PlastiForge3D or their respective owners.
Quotes and orders
A quote request is not an order. Price, scope, material, quantity, finish, tolerance, taxes, shipping, and timing are confirmed after we review the project. An order starts when we and the customer accept the applicable quote or other written agreement. Project-specific terms control if they differ from these website terms.
Your designs and files
You keep ownership of the designs and model files you provide, subject to any third-party rights. You confirm that you have permission for us to evaluate and manufacture them. We may use them only as needed to quote, produce, and support your project. We keep model files for no more than 60 days after your order is complete. We will ask before using identifiable project material in public marketing unless another written agreement permits it. For general copyright information, see the U.S. Copyright Office's FAQ.
Production and intended use
3D printed items can have layer lines, minor finish differences, and other process variations. Review proofs, dimensions, materials, and intended use before approving production. Changes after approval may affect price and delivery. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, parts are not certified for medical, food-contact, aerospace, life-safety, or other regulated uses.
Payment, delivery, and cancellations
The accepted quote, invoice, or project agreement states payment timing, deposits, shipping, changes, cancellation, returns, and remedies. Please review those terms before approving a project. If a project issue arises, contact us promptly so we can investigate it.
Website availability and responsibility
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Any project warranty or remedy is stated in its accepted agreement. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and questions
We may update these website terms for future use and will show the revised date when a new version takes effect. Existing accepted project agreements do not change unless both sides agree. Questions or concerns can be sent to [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
