PlastiForge3D LLC is based in Indiana, USA. When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, project requirements, and messages. If you place an order, we may also handle billing, shipping, and transaction details. If you send design or reference files, we use them for your project. Our site and service providers may also record technical details such as IP address, browser type, and security events.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, prepare quotes, complete projects, support customers, protect the site, and keep records required for business or legal reasons. We do not send marketing emails or automated checkout emails. A Google measurement tag helps us understand visits to the site.

Your design files

Your model files and project materials are used to evaluate and produce your work. Sending a file does not give us permission to publish it or use it in marketing. We will ask before publicly showing identifiable customer work unless a separate written agreement permits it. We keep model files for no more than 60 days after your order is complete.

Who receives information

We may share only what is needed with providers that help run the site, process payments, deliver orders, send service emails, or measure site use, and with advisers or authorities where law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar storage may keep the site working and remember preferences. A Google measurement tag loads on the site and may collect page-view, browser, and device information. Security, children, and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, though no online service can guarantee complete security. The site is not intended for children under 16. We may update this policy when our practices change and will show the revised date when a new version takes effect.
